In my opinion I think that women's black ferns national rugby team should get paid the same amount as the professional men's rugby team because they all work hard and work as a team just like everyone else and I just think that is unexceptable.

I really love that you have added a photo of Fi to your blog. This really allows your blog interesting, people are more likely to read a blog post if it’s engaging like yours! You do make a great point. The Black Ferns work as hard as the men, yet their pay is considerably lower than the All Blacks. Do you have any ideas of how you can mind the gender pay gap?
